October Blessings

My dad’s birthday in October, so it’s always been a birthday month in my family.

Dad taught me many things (learning how to drive) and has always been supportive. He’s not a big reader, but when my books came out, he read them. He has a joke or funny story for any situation, and he has the gift of being able to talk to anybody. He was my first October blessing.

Two years ago, our first grandson was born in October. Cameron makes us smile, and he loves spending time playing cars with my husband.

Cameron is our second October blessing.

Our third October blessing was born a few days ago in Texas. We haven’t met Zane yet, but we’re already in love with the little guy.

So Zane is our third October blessing.

Psalm 126:3 says, “The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.”

Yes, as you can see I have much to be joyful for.
