Some of you may know Gilbert’s is my favorite ice cream shop. We stopped by and discovered they have gingerbread cookies too.
I bought a soft one with powder sugar sprinkled on top. Not only is it pretty, it tastes great!
I also ordered another cookie that’s firmer and decorated like a turtle dove (I think). It’s also pretty and tasty.
After my trip to Gilbert’s, I’m excited about my great gingerbread cookie hunt.
